Goods are shipped to our facilities from throughout the world and DubaiFilter.com monitors your order from the point where it leaves our warehouses to when it is in your hands.

Shipping Rates
All of our shipping rates are mention in the description of each product.
Shipping Time:
Same Day Shipping: The products will be shipped same day from the local warehouse. Buyer will get the delivery within 2-3 working days, subject to delivery schedules.
1-3 weeks Shipping: Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. Our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. Most of our items shipped from international warehouses & will take 1-3 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.
4-8 weeks shipping: Please allow 4-8 weeks for delivery. Our products are dispatched within 3 business days but during peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays this may be delayed slightly. This time frame is required when we don’t have the product available in warehouse & we have to ship it direct from the factory. It will take 4-8 weeks as we select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping offered.

Express Delivery
Some of our items have an "express delivery" option, which means that they will usually be delivered faster than regular items for an additional fee. You can get the exact estimate of shipping charges by contacting us.
Availability
Stock and availability shown on this site is for your reference only. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and timely stock and availability information, availability information may become out of date and may change between the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.
In rare cases, an item may go out of stock, or the number of units you ordered may not be available. In that case, we will contact you about how best to proceed.
Handling and Delivery
All our goods are inspected at customs by our appointed clearance agent, after which it is packed and handed over to a courier for final delivery. If any physical damage is found in the packaging upon delivery, please notify the deliverer immediately and you may return the package immediately.

DubaiFilter.com has the right to cancel any order, prior to charging the customer, if any of the items in an order are prohibited as per U.A.E. regulations.
